The charts and graphs part of the sheet can be made to show literals (the actual values) goal completion ( percentages of your goals and how close you are to achieving your goal) or both, other starts can also show too, depending on what type of sheets you decide to have made. The second sheet keeps track of the main lifts ( Squats, Deads, Bench, OHP, Pendlay and pull ups for me, can be changed for any combination tho, including changed on demand by the user), body measures and proportions, resting heart rate/random cardio data and weight/BF%, Height can also be added for young people that are still making vertical gains but, sadly, I don't expect those myself anymore. We can also make it so that it spits out diet suggestions, but it probably would'nt work because people are picky eaters and shit, can be done as a custom diet thingy but there are better tools for that. I currently use two sheets, a diet one, that calculates/gets the BMR, applies the activity level transformations, applies the bulk/cut calorie corrections and spits out the daily caloric budget as a total and divided by meals with macro-nutrient ratios and the works(this sheet has a Weight/Activity level tracker so that it corrects the values every time I update, but I prefer to track those things elsewhere). I'll then deliver it to be added to the sidebar and your hearts, tho it might take some time, as it turns out I actually have a job. I'll read the answers, gathers the data and organize a new thread ( or edit to this one) to vote how many sheets and what types of sheets should be created. ![]() I want you to tell me in the comments what would make the ultimate fitness tracking sheet for you. I come here today with one purpose: I want to make an open source-ish open-office/google drive type Sheet TO RULE THEM ALL, and I wish to provide it for /r/Fitness and it's members, to better help you with GAINZ. I find it specially useful during cuts to organize diets, macros, daily/weekly calorie intake and body composition changes. There's nothing like a joocy line graph to make you want to hit the weights heavy. I've been using Excel sheets and charts to organize my lifts and body starts for many years now, and it's the bomb.
